enthusiasm for everything? Ever felt that you have
no one to share your circumstances even if you had
everyone?Ever felt so much dreadful that you just
want to give up on life?
Yes. That's Depression....the most lethal but the most disguised toxin among us. Many of us don't even know that our close persons are suffering so much from this toxin, although they seem look very alright!
Depression (major depressive disorder) is a common and serious medical illness that negatively affects how you feel, the way you think and how you act(American Psychiatric Association). It hampers the creative thoughts of a person, hinders his daily routine works and causes physical and mental illness.
Many people think that its just some sadness or some grief.hey! not at all! It's a mental trauma,if it goes on it can even lead a person to death. It is not something that grows overnight.
Do you know, who suffers the most from depression? not male, not female.not children...
Even not introverts or extroverts.they are the ambiverts.Interesting isn't it?Let me tell you about the ambiverts . An ambivert is a kind of person who exhibits qualities of both introvert and extrovert, and can change depending on their mood, context, and goals. Because of their diverse moods and thoughts, they can not keep their mindset always spontaneous. If they feel like it, they will open up to you,if they feel like not, they won't.
That"s the part things get complicated.
The problems, angers, sufferings, each and every emotions and sentiments just piles within them day by day freaking them out because they don't feel comfortable to share.Sometimes they can not able to make their close ones understand what they are going through. They feel alone, hopeless and ..... they choose death over life.
